North Surrey Condo Complex
Zenith Plumbing & Gas Fitting Ltd. was selected as the mechanical contractor for a new multi-residential condo complex located in North Surrey. The project consisted of residential units across multiple floors and included underground parkade servicing, central heating systems, and comprehensive domestic plumbing installations.
Our scope of work covered:
- Full rough-in and finishing of all domestic hot and cold water lines
- Drainage and venting systems for each unit
- Centralized boiler installation for domestic hot water supply
- Hydronic heating loops for common areas and residential heating
- In-suite plumbing fixture installations including tubs, sinks, and toilets
- Mechanical room piping and equipment connection
- Coordination with other trades for timely mechanical integration
