Zenith Plumbing & Gas Fitting Ltd. is currently delivering comprehensive plumbing and heating services for a large-scale condominium development located in South Vancouver. This multi-phase project features several stories of residential units built over a parkade, and includes integrated commercial spaces at the street level.
Our work on this project involves:
- Complete rough-in of domestic water supply systems (hot and cold)
- Drainage, waste, and vent systems throughout all levels
- Installation of multiple boiler systems for centralized hot water supply
- Hydronic and radiant floor heating integration in key areas
- Mechanical room planning, piping, and connection of major equipment
- In-suite plumbing for kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry
- Collaboration with engineers, builders, and other trades to meet milestones
- Adherence to all municipal and provincial mechanical codes
