Scott Road Condomenium
Zenith Plumbing & Gas Fitting Ltd. is currently providing full mechanical services for a new condo development situated along Scott Road in Surrey, BC. This project features a mixed-use building with ground-level commercial space and multiple residential units above, along with underground parking.
Our current scope of work includes:
- Rough-in installation of domestic water systems (hot and cold)
- Waste and vent system layout across all residential and commercial units
- Boiler setup for centralized domestic hot water
- Hydronic heating preparation for common areas and individual suites
- Mechanical room design and equipment layout
- Coordination with other trades for phased construction timelines
- Ensuring full compliance with plumbing and gas code requirements
Work is progressing on schedule, with our team maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and safe installation practices. Once completed, this development will serve as another example of Zenith’s ability to manage and execute mechanical systems for mid-rise residential projects.
